Please note: that while a party host is provided to guide you through your experience, they may be assisting multiple parties at the same time. The role of the party host is to support and facilitate your event — they are not assigned exclusively to any single party. Hosts will check in regularly and ensure your party runs smoothly, however, they may not be present at every moment throughout the duration of your booking.

Party hosts are there to assist with the overall coordination and flow of your party, but guests and parents remain responsible for supervising children at all times.

Please do not bring or use helium balloons during birthday parties or any other visits to our venue.
Helium balloons can interfere with our ceiling-mounted fire alarm system, potentially triggering a false alarm.

This may result in:

• A full building evacuation,

• Emergency service callouts,

• And compensation charges for the disruption to operations.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep everyone safe and avoid unnecessary disturbances.
